Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What I'm most worried about Ctbing is the panic that sets in after you ingest something. like if you intentionally od on something With the intention of ctb, you start to panic instantly, I've heard about people who survived jumping from a bridge and they instantly regret jumping.

You have to be really sure that you want to die when you set out to do it. Otherwise, you risk a failed attempt with all the attendant bodily damage and mental trauma. I sometimes wonder if planning it out is actually more effective than just doing it impulsively.

Sure but depending on what you're ODing on, it will soon suppress that fear and make you sleepy / euphoric. So there might be some discomfort there but it should fade, again depending on what you ingested.

Be as certain as possible that you truly want to die before you take the final step. If there's any chance you may panic and regret your decision, then don't do it.

Alcohol won't help you keep SN down.
That's true, but OP didn't mention SN otherwise alcohol is a good way to overcome anxiety/survival instinct.

No but OP mentioned ingesting something, which I took to mean SN.

Hmm, I've felt more peaceful after an OD, the panic usually comes before. If it's not about keeping something down, then as what's been said, alcohol could possibly help with that. But if you're counting on panicking or regretting your decision, I'd give it some more thought. Like where that panic comes from and how sure you are about OD'ing.
