Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I currently have sleep apnea with an AHI score of 22 (times you awake very shortly per hour, 22 is moderate severity). At first I thought it was because of my weak jaw, which I got surgery for in 2021, but recently I had another sleep study because I trash around in my sleep a lot since a couple years and they found out that my AHI score basically didn't go down at all.
In november I will try a MRA device (nightbraces that push your jaw forward as your sleep). I hope that that stops me from thrashing around at night, but in the back of my mind I also hope that it will increase my quality of life in the sense of less negative thoughts, more energy,...
I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and what it has done for them. A CPAP machine is out of the question for me as that is completely unbearable for me to wear at night. If it helped for you i'd love to know aswell.

So many things can affect sleep that is can be easy to miss something. The temperature, light level, and sound can had adverse effects. Nutrition and supplementation can have effects. Exercise, activity, and schedules can influence sleep.

A consult with an Ear Nose and Throat specialist may also offer an additional perspective. You can even get creative such as experimenting with a tank of oxygen that is often rented by the elderly to see if that might help at night.

A change of circumstances has minimal effect on me. I've already consulted a ear nose throat specialist and the MRA device would be the next step. I suppose the oxygen tank could be an alternative to try if this fails.
