I don't really know how to explain it. I think I had something like a nervous breakdown. Because of that, right now I can only sleep for about three hours at a time. But anyway, I feel like the situation is slowly getting better. I think I might already be sleeping around four hours, although I can't really confirm it.

I'm waiting for autumn because I believe things might improve a lot then. I usually start feeling better during that time of the year.
If things don't get better, I'll go see a doctor.

If I was born in a normal family with actually loving parents I think I'd be fine.
The way they raised me (or didn't) and what I've seen is probably the main reason I'm so fucked up.

i don't think changing just one thing would make my life good per se, it might help make it a bit better but i'd need to change a lot to consider it good.

that being said, i think i would want to change my appearance the most. if i was flat and skinny, i think i'd be a lot happier. maybe not the most useful change, but it's one i think about the most

I'd have to not be me. Like my entire conscious. Other changes might alleviate the pain but I just can't live with my brain.
