Method What method should I consider?/I'm confused

I'm new here and still a bit confused because of all the different methods, especially with pills and chemicals. In the past i've tried cutting my veins a number of times before realising that this obviously wont ever do it. Now I'm really not sure what to try. Is hanging yourself the best thing afterall? All the stuff with helium or other substances seems extremely complicated. I don't know what to do and I'm scared of doing a mistake. Can anyone give me advice pls?

It is against the rules of the site to directly suggest a method to another user so unfortunately no one can tell you which method you should do. The Resources thread suggests known methods that work fairly well for a number of people. The Non-Methods thread has methods that are far less reliable that you should probably avoid attempting. Now one here can tell you what is best for you. You need to figure that out for yourself.
