The big step

Today marks the day of my new journey. I got a remittance to the psychiatrical clinic where I live. I have been battling anxiety and depression for over 10 years and I'm finally getting expert help. I'm currently on the max dose of Sertraline but it doesnt help. I'm really hoping this referral will be the light. I have for a long time thought that I may be struggling with a personality disorder.

My first post but I got quite excited in my recovery-journey. This is a nice forum for people struggling like myself.

I'll update when I get home from my appointment! :D It is in about 3 weeks so until then I'm continuing to see my therapist and going on Sertraline. <3
