I am in deep shit and need to go right now. The only thing i have is a shoe lace and a short rope (1 meter). Can I strangle myself if I put enough effort to it? I can not do anything that makes noise since I am not alone in the house.

I looked at your post history and noticed you post about needing to go around the same time every month. Does something happen around the 14/15/16th? Is rent due? Or is money running out for food, meds or utilities? Does someone come home who doesn't normally stay there other times of the month? Genuinely curious if this is something that can be worked out
Yes, something happens at the same time each month and its nothing that cant be fixed in any way now. I just need to go and need help with ligature
maybe you could see a doctor if it's cyclical and related specifically to you? if it is external, idk, but you've come at least this far, survived since last month. maybe you can again? Good luck
