Need to be gone by Tuesday - night night method

So I basically just need to be gone by Tuesday at the latest. I'm alone in the house Monday and Tuesday so thinking the night night method seems a good way to go but there seems to be a lot of posts about people who have failed. Is it possible to use a dressing gown tie with something like a wooden spoon to keep tightening the tie?

Many here describe their experiences.

Maybe you can find another way out.

I really just need to go but don't know where there's a high enough structure to jump from. Hanging, I just don't have anything to do it with and not sure how to tie whatever it is to an anchor point.

This works for some people. You can search for cases described in the forensic literature online (ligature strangulation), but this is a relatively rare type of CTB.

That means there was not enough pressure to block the carotids, and you only blocked the jugulars (btw this will lead to death too, but slightly uncomfortable), that is way there was the head exploding feeling.

Well it wasn't a rope it was a dressing gown tie but yeah purple/red face and lots of pressure
