It's so frustrating knowing my depression is so severe that Im going to ctb whether it's days/months/years away. Yet I can't just be done with it already. It's like I have to wear down my resistance to it over a length of time or the mental pain overrides it in order to end my life. Mean while my life is an absolute embarrassment as I struggle to do most basic things

The step from thought to action when it comes to ctb takes time, specially if it is a violent or physical method, because it requires practice. Until one day, one is fed up with everything and do it, once and for all.

Suicide is very difficult. We are programmed to survive after all and it requires a lot of courage to exit this world. If it was easier, I would already be gone. I believe that someday I will reach the point of desperation. My suicide is inevitable as well. Life really is horrible.
