So my mom can see the payments I make with my credit card. I ordered SN not too long ago and she saw it and asked what IC is. I told her I bought a workout program and she believed it. I'm scared I'll get busted and I'll have to tell the truth, which she couldn't handle.

Stay strong. Try to not think about the SN, and when you have to, try to stay calm.

Maybe start using sports tracker (one of my fave workout programs on android and prolly iOS too) and claim that you are paying for it? It's free but has subscriptions.

Same here with my Dad, except he rarely (if ever) checks my account, so I'm not worried in terms of spending money for N or antiemetics. Just stick with your story and you'll be fine.

Gene and Environment?

So you believe each disease can be explained genetic or through environment? I have a different opinion. I believe gene can be dysregulted without a factor from outside.
