Lexapro with SN?

Do you think this will work well in place of benzos? It seems to be all I can get.

Well I know benzos aren't required, but do you think something could work in their place ? Stan's guide simply says "sedatives". So like Zzzquil?

"Sedatives" is so non-specific as to be almost useless. While the intent is good (taking something that might make you sleepy will make the process easier), there aren't many classes of sedating agents that would make much of a difference. said another way, most easily obtainable sedating agents won't impact the process one way or the other.

Regardless, Lexapro isn't a sedative.

Well I hope it's okay for me to not use any. I have very bad anxiety, as some might've seen from me asking so many questions on here.
