Yes I prayed this morning for mercy that I would not live to see the end of this day. Of cause the devil would not want that - he wants me to continue to suffer. I guess God leaves it in our hands mot of the time - who am I that he should make it easy

Every time I go to sleep I ask to not wake up. I know I still will. I just hope someday my wish is granted. It'd be too good for me to just die in my sleep randomly though. If only.

I did many times. I'm not really religious, but when I took psychadelics I prayed a lot for God to kill me. I was begging him to end it. I know there probably is no God, but at least it was worth a try. I can't wait when this all will finally be over.

understandable~ :( I believe that we can still go to Heaven given that we have faith in Jesus even if life forces us into such despair~ :(

I used to pray Luther's Evening Prayer, but I kinda stopped, since it thanks God for sustaining us, and I'd rather not be~ >_< I've prayed to pass a fair bit, but I mostly pray for the sake of others or for things that would make my life better while I'm here~

I used to. I would lay in bed as a kid and cry and pray to not wake up tomorrow and yet tomorrow always came. I stopped believing in a god, or rather in one that loves humanity.

I once later asked why (while having a moment of weakness/religious psychosis) and all I got was the crippling realisation that god wants me to kill myself. You know, if there was a god.

as some users already echoed, I "pray" for death often, but I don't neccesarily pray to any god. I just say or think stuff like "Please let me just fall dead right now" or before going to bed I often "pray" that I don't wake up.
