Help Dms?

When will I be able to dm people? And also Is there a dark mode? I can't find it. Maybe I saw it but forgot. Can someone please help? Appreciate the efforts. This forum looks considerate.

It took like five or six posts for me. You only have like 3-4 more to go! Not sure about the dark mode. Oh and I've noticed everyone here is really nice too.
