Venting Community mental health team

I just got a letter from the community mental health team. They said they wanted an appointment with me, although they didn't say what it entailed. No chance am I going to see that robot psychiatrist that terrified me. No chance. I cut the paper into small pieces and phoned them to cancel. No chance am I having anything to do with that hell hole ever again.
(ps I didn't know which one to post this in as it's not about recovery and I don't think it belongs in off topic)

Thanks mate. I told my psychologist and said he'd have to section me to make me go and he was like um........ your call?

To be honest I have no idea why the CMHT want to see me. I've been off their radar for a few years, although my mother phoned my GP as she was afraid I was going to CTB in the spring. They didn't say anything about what the appointment is or who I'd see, so I know as little as you do
