823 Not very good. Got some household chores done but ideation flared up lots. Sat through it, didn't give in. The voices wanted me to check whether methods are feasible only. But if I had given in, I would have felt bad afterwards. I think it was amplified because I stumbled upon a part needed for another method without searching it while doing chores.
