Well, me and my best friend we both smoke and we wanna quit. We made a pact, if one smokes, the other has to do it as well. But it didn't work, we both gave in the urge.. we are adhd ers and we get the hit of dopamine from ciggies..

Considering your ADHD history, I'd say getting help from a professional (specialising in addictions) might help?

Can nicotine patches help at all? Or e-vapes, some people taper out the nicotine in it slowly. But the calming effect of breathing stays.

Actually I never tried getting professional help. I'm uemployed and it will be fairly expensive to get it now. But maybe after I'll get a job

My best friend tried patches, didn't work. I didn't have enough money to buy some. I know, it's funny because I do have money for ciggies somehowi hate myself. I tried vapping some time ago, but I eventually resorted back to ciggies. I'm so disappointed in myself, you gave no idea. Hey addictions are hell to get rid of... It's a vicious circle and cigs brands know it. They capitalise on it. They're the real failure
