Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My brain keeps going and bringing up all the horrible things in my past, all the missed opportunities. I feel like a prisoner being held against my will by it.
anyone else feel similar?

Actually no, which is kind of surprising me. From seeing ghosts to army's of floating disembodied heads etc., in spite of my plans, no. Which i'm not really understanding right now. Good question.
I'm an over-analytical person by nature which I think stems from my self-conscientiousness. I feel like I'm always being judged by others but I'm very judgemental too, I just internalize it. I keep remembering awkward things that happened over ten years ago and it makes me cringe almost to the point of madness.
I shut it off just fine, without drugs or anything. Mostly it's when I've just woken up that the realisation hits that everything is shit and I have to die, even though I'd love to live.
