All I want is the courage to CTB. I've tried to get better but I can't. I don't know why I have a fear of missing out. I'm not happy, Im not important and can be so easily replaced. Why is it so hard to kill oneself?

The survival instinct can be determined to keep us suffering, as even know we want to die we are programmed to survive. For me I am held back by the lack of peaceful and reliable way to exit and the fear of failure. I deserve a peaceful death, I want to fall into a eternal, dreamless sleep.
