Also, you would be taking your life. Anyways, whichever pill you use to start the process. Can you give yourself some more time to come to terms with this?

Not really. One those sleeping pills just makes me feel incredibly relaxed. I some time just use them to chill for a couple of hours before I go to sleep. I think it should be alright. Maybe taking benzos would be too much though.Similar threads
