I would appreciate it so much if anyone knows where I can get SN the quickest in New York. I don't have access to the dark web and can only risk using a credit card but I know there are some stores I can buy from online and if it can be bought in a store in New York that would be good. I need to go asap. I'm having a rough time do to my health and situation getting a method. If anyone can help please DM suggestions if you know my story, where I can get a method fastest that has a high chance of working. If I can get SN I will have to take it without other meds and I can't even fast that long I will be watched. I will have to take it with someone home sleeping who could hear if I vomit or check on me if something is off.I wish so much I had someone to go to a hotel and take it with. It is a huge risk that I will end up in a hospital or in a ward where I will probably be forced into medical procedures I don't want or forced into meds that caused serious reactions in the past.
