If I were to order two bottles of N from A in Mexico would that be enough for a 180 lb male who is in his mid-50s? I think each bottle is 6.5 grams. Would I need to order a third bottle? Thank you so much for any feedback.

According to A, 2 bottles will be good for a person up to 177lbs so probably. Maybe go on a little diet.

Google says the average male weight is 197 pounds. You'll be fine. There has not been a documented case of surivial even on one bottle without medical intervention. Not that I can find anyway. What's important is not being found for a min of 24 hours and following the regime.Last edited:

Are you serious? it takes 24 hours to succeed?
That sucks if its true. I was hoping that 8 hours of uninterrupted "sleep" would be completely sufficient. You have to live alone or find a hotel that doesn't have room service or doesn't give a shit about the customer.

No way, i just err on the side of caution. Large percentage die within 2-4 hours. There's around 2-5% who die post 12 hours so it's rare. I just can't risk failing and my luck lately has been terrible. Keep having rare things happen to me. Medical intervention tends to be the reason for failure of N. Haven't come across much vomiting. If you have two bottles and don't weigh much with no past use of anti psychotics, it wouldn't be as necessary because the death would be quicker. I weigh 80kgs and have past use of those medications. Hotels etc are fine if you put do not disturb sign and have a later checkout. Air bnbs don't check on you until it time to check to out.
I am worried about the weight aspect. I weigh 104 kg, for my height this is already obese and not overweight.
Currently, "D" sends N of 6.3 g / 100ml
I don't know if two bottles (~12 g) are enough for a person of this weight.

Yeah I get confused about needing more than two bottles depending on weight because the PPH doenst mention it as a concern. Maybe get 3 bottles. Anything over 3 I think will increase your chances of vomiting. With 3 and a reasonable time so you don't get found plus regime, I don't see how it wouldn't work. Yeah air bnbs are good.
