Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Pretty much the thread title - not much more to add. If you're considered "treatment resistant" - like tried meds, therapy, ketamine, ECT etc are you eligible? I assumed not but people do seem to be accessing Euthanasia for various reasons. Sorry - I don't know much about it.
I would recommend trying to CTB yourself instead of trying euthanasia as it could very well take years and you will likely just be institutionalized before you're able to do anything
I wasn't familiar with Pegasos. They do require a psychiatric evaluation and you need to provide all kinds of medical documentation. I wouldn't know how they handle this and if they would hold somebody back.
Other than that the requirements outlined on the website are too short and summarized to make any assumptions on if it's realistic to have your application accepted by them.
Maybe I'll try applying there. Still do prefer doing it on my own terms in my own bed however.

It's been a while since I looked into it, but as far I remember the purpose of the medical evaluation is to make sure that you are capable of making informed decisions. If you are heavily delusional or cognitively impaired, you might not have the ability to make choices for yourself. Otherwise, I believe that allow the procedure for everyone. You don't need to be perfectly mentally healthy in order to qualify. I remember reading through their entire FAQ section to figure out whether I qualify, and the answer was definitely 'yes'. But as I said, it has been a while, so I might be misremembering something + it could've changed.
For me it didn't work for three reasons:
You need somebody to be with you when you pass away so that they can inform the police that you decided to die voluntarily (though they might make exceptions)
You need to pay around 10000 euro for the whole thing
You must inform your family (though again, there might be exceptions
If not for these three things, I would much prefer using their service instead of trying to do it myself. Their procedure is pretty much guaranteed to be certain, and painless, unlike pretty much any method you can reasonably set up yourself (in most cases)
