Not that it means anything from me- I'm genuinely ugly but I'd say you were VERY handsome! I'm sorry if that's triggering though. I don't actually like it when people try to put a positive spin on my problems. So- perhaps you're the same? But yeah- I'd say you were way, way above average in terms of looks. I'm sorry you don't feel confident in how you look.
Tbh I think you are extremely attractive. You're probably more interested in what females think (I'm a gay man) but judging from this photo you are definitely above average. Pronounced brows, deep eyes, strong jaw, full lips..all very attractive. xoxo

you're other thread you can't see it be others can your natural beauty.
geez i hate sound so cliche but it's true.
i'd say the same to ryan nowadays after he'd gain weight.
Ehhhh, honestly you look fine to me. I wouldn't consider you ugly. Granted I'm not attracted to men but objectively speaking there is nothing that sticks out. This isn't surgery but the only thing I could suggest is under eye cream. Maybe even some cold circular eye 'ice packs' that you put in the fridge. And a face mask just to brighten everything up.
Obviously it's just my opinion but you don't need surgery at all.
