Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I plan on making a community forum/personal blog that has similar functions and a similar layout to this, but not for the same purpose as this site. Does anyone know, specifically, what kind of website this is? I'm pretty sure this is a community forum website, but I wanted to be sure with someone that knew…
It's a forum running XenForo software. a license costs money, but it's worth it if your budget allows. XenForo is not the only forum software out there & I admittedly haven't looked at the competition for a few years, but imo it's the best.

I mean, I don't really understand the question you are asking. This is a forum about discussions related to suicide DUH and everything surrounding it.
If you are asking about the "type" of the website, then yes, I guess it could be called a community-centered forum or something like that. I don't think there is any established terminology for describing these things.
