what is the most peaceful way to die

I've tried paracet overdose but I was hospitalized and in incredible pain. I've thought about puncturing my abdomen, but my survival instinct is too strong I couldn't bring myself to do it for over 10 hours. Im going to order pure helium this weekend, but that's way too late. I've tried suspension hanging the only problem I have is that I fall over when I'm unconscious, but that's easy to fix. So are there any other more peaceful ways to go? I do not have access to any drugs, medicine or expensive material. Any information is appreciated.

SN (sodium nitrite) is cheap and relatively peaceful. its availability is becoming increasingly restricted, however, as authorities begin to learn about its potencial as a DIY euthanasia agent.

I guess that all anyone can do is look at the information in the resources sections and decide what is best for themselves. I understand having limited access to methods. I think that it depends on the individual, what is the best way to die as we are all in different situations. Suicide really is so difficult and more than anything I wish that it's easier. It sounds so awful failing the paracetamol overdose. I think that in my opinion, its best to do lots of research before trying to ctb as methods can go wrong. I hope that you find relief from your suffering.

I'd add the amitriptyline cocktail to that list.

and I'd also suggest that peacefulness doesn't have to be the only criteria for selecting methods.

• reliability (chances of success),
• speed,
• risks in case of failure,
• availability,
• preparation,
• dangers to others etc…
are also aspects to be potencially considered.

for example, I wouldn't do the CO method, personally, because I value the safety in case of failure, and I know failing CO can leave me with brain damage.

however, obviously each person has their own preferences regarding methods and what characteristics they value more.
