Help What is the best inert gas for cbt?

I'm asking this because I've read somewhere that helium is bad as it's hard to find it in its pure form. Is this true? If yes, what's the best gas to buy in that case.

Nitrogen- It is like 70% of air so no taste nor smell, It is like air but without oxygen so It will do the job. Helium is lighten then air and expensive. You can buy nitrogen in liquid form or as welding gas. God speed
