Help What can I do to make hanging easier mentally

There's probably little to nothing that can be done to make hanging easier, I was thinking getting drunk + benzos + having a bag over my head might make things a bit easier. If there's a bag over my head I might not realise if my eyes pop out of there sockets etc.
Overall as you can imagine I'm pretty anxious about hanging as I feel like a lot of things can go wrong. Does anyone have any tips?

Are you doing psh? First of all, eyes popping out is a myth, there may be rare cases of that happening, but even if it does happen, youll be passed out till then.
Secondly, have you experimented in finding your "sweetspot", when you apply pressure with a ligature while doing psh, you will know you found it when you feel instantaneous pressure buildup in you head and your hearing starts to fade, then it is only a matter of 5-15 seconds of holding that position until you pass out and die.

That is true, no matter how much you want to die SI will always get in the way, its all about finding the right method for you.

can you recommend how i can find the sweet spot and what places i should look at so i can try on those spots to find the sweet spot?

In my experience with practicing psh on my self, my sweetspot is located 1-2 finger lengths below my adams apple, but it is different for everyone. Some people on this forum said right above their adams apple but it doesnt work for me.
I was once able to hold for 8 seconds and my vision started going black and i was super dizzy, if i wouldve stayed for 2-3 seconds more i actually wouldve passed out and ctb lol. Your ligature also matters, i use a 10.5 mm climbing rope, nothing stretchy and not too thick or thin.

In conclusion this is my experience and i recommend that you look at other sources to have a full idea (hope i helped!)
