Help What am I to do???

Hey, the one with deteriorating disease here (gosh I hate my life....why so young I really want to live, devour the world, I'll probably make a full goodbye post soon.)

I'm taking benzos on a regular basis, I recently found out that the benzos in the SN method is not to ease your anxiety, but to put you to sleep? Very sedated? It won't work on me.

I'm taking Baclofan and Pregabalin on a daily basis due to my neurological effects of my diseases (pain and muscle cramping), and Benzos because the anxiety of my situation and symptoms has been devestating. My tolerance is high, and even in the cases I took all of these in a reckless manner at times, the sedation was unpleasant and only made me start walking restlesly to and fro until it passed.

So am pretty sure you I won't feel sedated or fall asleep at all. So it means will just be me, enduring everything SN causes, for the entire duration. Is it worth it? Won't immense pain for like 30 seconds more or less of hanging be better? I really want the most peacful death, ( and peaceful also means, but to a lesser degree than painful)

I deserve a peaceful one for what I've been through for the last couple of years.

Please be aware, taking benzos with sn is to help with anxiety and panic as well as sedate you but not sedate you so much that you fall asleep because you need to be able to drink the sn. Also, there is no perfectly peaceful way to end no matter how much pain one lives in and deserves.

Most goodbye posts from members taking SN that I've read in the last nine months mentioned they weren't including benzos in their protocols. I'm not saying you shouldn't find something more peaceful if you can, but at least your benzos would be doing something for you even if not sedating you. They'd help keep the panic to a minimum; you're in a far better position than those who don't have them & can't get them.
