Want to CTB before my birthday

It's just over a week before my birthday and I don't think I can take anymore. I got out of the pscyh ward a month ago and was supposed to be getting better but I just keep getting worse. I can't stand the idea of another year of pain. The past year has been the hardest of my life and I can't see it getting better. I'm just scared about upsetting my Dad, he's already said he'd do the same if I did it and I don't know if he actually would but it would break him. I just never wanted to make it to this age anyway so what's the point in carrying on.

I totally feel this. Birthdays are so difficult when you want to ctb, it literally just reminds you that you're getting older and life's getting harder.

Mine is this month too and I'd love to die before then but I don't think it will happen.
