[US-VA] Are you legally allowed to refuse fluids, food, and all medical treatment as a healthy adult against parents will?

I've read about SN. I'm not exactly sure where to buy it, but I have olanzipine for the antiemic and an antacid. I think that should be enough? But then there's the issue of being caught doing it.

I have bitcoin to get N but i read that people were getting busted and D was compromised? It's also illegal which makes me uncomfortable.

I can make an elaborate hanging setup but I have no guarantee I wouldn't be caught once again.

I was thinking about jumping, but I am not very confident in my driving anymore and might not have the balls to do it.

These methods are also really gruesome, I don't really want to leave my body behind all mangled depsite how much I hate it.

It would just be a lot simpler to die from exposure in the summer heat. Am I legally protected to do this? I won't be force fed by tube or anything right? It would probably be hell but that's likely what awaits me in the afterlife anyway, so i'm not exactly worried. My body would be wrapped up and properly disposed of, nobody gets traumatized.

I tried to read about laws concerning this, something called VSED and death with dignity, but it all had to do with terminally ill patients.

In most states in the US, anyone 18 and older can make their own medical decisions. The difficulty comes when someone wants to declare you mental unstable so that they can force treatment upon you. People that starve themselves have been judged as mentally competent, though usually that is for people that are making some sort of activist statement with the refusal to eat. If it isn't for a "cause" of some sort, but simply to die, you might be judged as not mentally competent at the moment and thus your wishes would be ignored.
