Plans are all in place. I can no longer ride this roller coaster. One minute the next none. Clearing my head for latest attempt on Thursday. 58 and spent so much of my life fighting this so not to hurt others. This year has seen me have lows I have never experienced before followed by hope. The ride has to end. Calming myself slowly. Its harder this time. Need this pain and confusion to finally end.

It sounds like you have been through a lot and I understand the feeling of being so tired of everything. Living really is so painful and it seems as though in a life like this, it is impossible to escape from suffering. I hope that you find what you are looking for.
Not not as calm as in the past. Main way I calm my self is to fully except my fate.
Hoping this is the end. Feels like it. I may end up going tonight. We shall see.
