Hello folks. I'm relatively new to the forum (I've been wandering around for a while but I didn't had the enough 'balls' to create a full account) and I was wondering... have you ever tried to CTB with the alcohol poisoning method?
Although, the method has a very low chance of being successful, some years ago I accidentally went through one after a huge fight with my former 'situationship' after she told me that she wasn't ready to have a relationship nor introduce me to her parents after we were together for a couple months. The same day I only had in my stomach some mentos and somehow, very hard liquor in my country during the date (two bottles of 335ml approximately over 12% alcohol) to just spice things up, however, once I reached my cousin's house that same day, they started to offer me a lot of beer, tequila, vodka, and even some rum that it was in the fridge for over a year. My experience was very peaceful because my last memory it was me drinking some tequila and going straight to the bathroom to pee.
I remember I closed my eyes for a certain minutes, maybe around 2 minutes since I was feeling very, very sleepy. I didn't had any nausea or stomach issues, as far as I remember. But I passed out minutes later; my cousin and her husband, along with other my cousin found me all over the floor, they told me that I accidentally broke the hand washer of the bathroom, probably because I tried to grab onto something before passing out but later, I kept puking and puking in a huge plastic pot for at least half an hour before they took me to the hospital, apparently I was also having some seizures and I passed out two times in the ride to the hospital. Based on the doctor's judgement, I died for some seconds (less than 30 seconds) before they tried CPR on me two times after my heart stopped a bit and I wasn't responding at all. Based on my cousin's testimony, they took me to a separate room to do a successful 'stomach pump' to made me puke and eliminate the rest of alcohol in my organism. I was in the hospital during 12 hours with a proper IV, and they administer saline solution and potassium; one of the main causes I almost CTB based on what they said to me, it wasn't only the amount of dehydration I was going through but also the low potassium in my body, it was killing me along with the alcohol.
However, in my medical records, this is what they said and how they also marked my case as 'suspicious' because even if I wasn't actually trying to CTB, obviously no one truly believed me that night. I'll now my medical record on this accidental attempt.
So, how was your experience if you ever attempted with this method?
Also for the curious about the repercussions of my reckless actions and behaviors; During the CPR, I had a heart attack, they avoided another one with some medication and CPR but the second time wasn't successful, now I deal with some heart issues and I cannot run for long distances, not drink, not smoke and I have to eat healthy to reduce the chance of having another one and finally leaving this world. Every once in a while I have sharp pain in my chest and the lack of oxygen when I try to exercise is very bad. Apparently nothing happened to my liver in this case (but It doesn't mean that it's gonna be that way in every scenario possible), I drank over 3L of alcohol that night, mixing different hard liquors and a very reduced amount of water, I ate some steak and rice two hours before drinking the rest of it but it was still fatal to my health.
Overall in my case it was a very calm and peaceful method (since I was blacked out most of the time and I was very much unconscious), it's still not a good way to go, not to mention how messy it gets with the amount of vomit and how you can choke in your own pool of puke and the high chance of dying from dehydration instead of alcohol poisoning.
