guys looks like i can't get hold of SN or any meds so I'm going with the old fashioned hanging, do you recommend any pain killers with it or not? I'm lost please help

I'm so sorry to hear you're leaving.
When I failed at partial, I had taken lots of pills to supress SI. Some sleeping pills might help but don't take too much because you'll end up passing out and worst-case-scenario, in a 2 days comma, like me.

I took like 100 pills. (lamotrigine 200mg, clonazepam 4mg, aripiprazol (can't remember the mg), lorazepam 4mg, risperidone 3 mg and I think sertraline too.)
My idea was to OD + partial hanging but I passed out very fast and couldn't do it!Similar threads
