Venting Thoughts and anxiety

I want to die. I know for a fact that is the only way I will ever be happy. But I have anxiety and can't even die without over thinking. I don't know why I'm not scared of death but I just can't do it. It feels like the only way it will end is if I just let my ed take over or is someone else does it for me.
