I'm looking through different methods but seriously none of them works for me :

1. Sn /sa: I can't get it ( almost impossible )
2. Hanging : I have nothing that can support my weight , and it will be horrible for my family to see my body hanging somewhere.
3. Jumping: there are no high buildings around ( and suicide is considered forbidden where I live, I don't want to cause problems for my family after me passing away )
4. Shallow water blackout : my bath tube is kinda small, so I need to bend my knees to lie down there, not sure if this works
5. I have Syrian rue seeds, I heard they can kill a human being but I don't know how to prepare them or eat them.

Please mention any other method that requires no materials and no special requirements.

Your best bet is hanging. I'm sorry for your pain.

Yep, I don't think there's another method that requires less "materials" and preparation than hanging.

It's sad how over the last decades the list of easy, fast methods has been reduced to either rope, jumping or some shitty poison like SN. Back in the day you could do it by simply putting your head in the oven or taking OTC sleeping pills. Fucking prison-like planet...
