Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is ultra Un-specific, you are casting a wide net with this. Really depends on what kind of therapy and what it is you want to fix. Social anxiety for instance is fixable because I can remember a time when I was more sociable. Problem is getting me into therapy =P

yeah i am lol. Social anxiety stems from the way you have been treated by others due to lookism and "personality" (genetics). you feel anxious because you are a rational human being. Therapy is gaslighting you to think your anxiety isn't justified.
I've had some crappy therapists but I've never thought any of them were gaslighting.
Yes, you can't chsnge your race. Or for that matter your personality (for the most part l). Yet, if you truly believe nothing can be fixed in your life, well yeah, no shit, that's the result you're going to get.
Appearance matters, sure. Lookism has to be a made up term. It sounds ridiculous lol
I think therapy is more about learning how to cope with your issues and insecurities, and get different perspectives. not say they don't exist. it depends on the therapist though. i've had therapists be dismissive, tell me i have issues i don't and belittle me so i get how that could feel gaslighty

It's their job to try to be. Will it work, the way they hope to is diff question. Tried therapy for 60min via skype two days ago, and honestly it worked. The moment i closed my laptop i realized how pathetic i become. And since then didn't had even anywhere close to that feeling or situation. I really think i will never ever feel that paint again, and I'm more then ready to go on (a little bit more extreem for most people).
