None at all. My coworkers are concerned, and I wish they would not be. I want to be left alone today, apart from work communications.

I think what I'm feeling is transitional. I want to make it to 30.

Still, I can't stop considering my death. I know I will ctb eventually, and so sometimes it is hard to find motivation to communicate with others. I am going to try harder for the rest of the day. I do not like making others feel awkward or uncomfortable because of my mental state.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, it's completely understandable. Sometimes we have those days where we just want to be alone, and being around others can be exhausting. Don't push yourself too hard, there's nothing wrong with taking a little time to be by yourself. Sending you hugs! :hug:

Other people choose how they react to you and it is none of their concern how you feel anyway unless they are friends and even then they should understand and allow you to have some peace and quiet.
If you are feeling anxious some nice ambient music and mindfulness exercises can help.
