Hi, feeling really exhausted. And my broken heart, the indifference of the man I am in love with is making all so much more painful...
Please, what is the right way to ctb with SN?
Fasting comes easy to me but I don't have access to sleeping pills and fancy medication.
What can I do to be sure I succeed the first time?
