Help my SN protocol - good enough?

Hiya, looking for advice on this SN protocol I'm thinking of going with. Doing this in public, which I know is risky, but I don't have anywhere else to do it, and I'd like to avoid my family finding my body.

For reference, I weigh ~55kg.

1. Go about day as normal, begin fast @ 10:30pm (might be relevant: last drink will be alcohol).
2. Take 10mg Metoclopramide @ 5 am. Travel to desired location @ 6am.
Take Isopropamide iodide (2,5mg) + Alprazolam (0,25mg) dissolved in water x 5 @ 7am. I don't have access to benzos alone – only available pills containing benzos also have isopropamide in them; wondering if I should go with 3 pills of melatonin (9mg total) instead. I'm also unsure of whether or not isopropamide iodide would mess with SN ingestion.
3. Take 1000mg Paracetamol @ 8 am. Unsure of whether to take painkillers or not. I think the heavy dose of 1000mg would make me too anxious about taking them, as well as it increasing my chances of vomiting.
4. Take 10mg Metoclopramide x 2 @ 8:20am. Wait 40 minutes
4. Prepare 2 SN glasses as I wait. Will be doing 25mg SN dissolved in 100ml water for both of them
5. Drink 1st (& hopefully last) SN solution @ 9:10am. If possible, take another Isopropamide iodide + Alprazolam (alternatively, melatonin) afterwards.

This is not a must but PPH and SN bible recommend 30mg meto before SN and at least 10mg alprazolam. But you can adjust the dosage if you don't feel comfortable

Sorry, OP, but this is the truth!
If you do this in public, there will be no way to hide what is happening, and YOU WILL BE SAVED. Let's review!
SN deaths are not pretty, and they aren't quiet.
You will first (probably) be vomiting. After that, maybe still retching and or dry heaving.
Then, you'll start feeling very cold, especially your extremities, you may start removing articles of clothing. You may also get the cold sweats & start sweating profusely at this time.
Also, those extremities will start going numb.
Your lips and fingernails will start turning blue. Depending on your skin tone, your skin may also begin to look obviously tinged with blue. This will be very alarming to those around you.
You'll become dizzy, and also confused. At this point, you may even ask for help, of course, because of that confusion.
If nobody has helped you yet, soon you'll start with the agonal breathing (this is not quiet) and finally, the death rattle! (also not quiet).
OP, my advice is to wait. Even if it takes weeks or months, wait until you have window of time (at least 5 hours or more) to be truly alone. Otherwise, your attempt is going to be nothing more than an attempt. You will be saved and then you'll have to deal with the aftermath, which will include a psych ward stay, something most people want to avoid at all costs. I wish you the clarity to see this, and the patience to wait and not attempt until you can find some time alone. Otherwise, your protocol looks great!

I see why you're concerned and I appreciate the advice, as well as the thoughts on the protocol itself! Just to be clear, by "in public", I really mean the woods. This is because I'd also be trying to hang myself first, and if that doesn't work, I'd be going through with the SN. I live in a small country, and I'm not sure there'll be a lot of people (if any) at the location I'm thinking of. Part of me believes, in the case I'm spotted, I can always just pass as yet another junkie, as there's hundreds of them roaming around everywhere. I also recognize doing any method in public means essentially no time for hesitation, which is something I'm okay with, and actually prefer.

I really don't have anywhere else to attempt, and this goes for any method. I barely have privacy at home and I don't want to die there for various reasons. I have money, but nowhere near the needed amount for even just a cheap love hotel.

Should I just scrap the SN idea? I'm using it as a backup option because I had an impulsive attempt at home a month ago where I tried to hang myself and just froze. I was almost successful with FSH earlier this year, so this hesitation was unnerving to me, and then SN came into the equation.

Ok. I was picturing something else. Idk, I'd go check it out in advance if you haven't already. Maybe bring a blanket to hide under & help you pass, as you mentioned. Lastly though, I'd consider why you were hesitating. We all have SI & that's completely normal, but if you think there are other reasons, like maybe there are other options, I'd explore that. Maybe you're sure now, or maybe waiting longer would help clarify that for you either way.

A thread popped up here recently about combining methods, but to be honest, mixing hanging and SN seems... complicated, and more stressful, I guess? Like, I get the logic - if you've already taken SN, there's no point in holding back with hanging, etc. But you still have to drink the SN first, which is already a problem in itself

Yeah, hanging after SN seems unrealistic to me. I was moreso planning on doing it before. I'll have time to kill (lol) since I'll be arriving at around 6:30am, so I figured I might as well attempt hanging. If I fail, well... that's why the protocol's there

why not? you are already putting the time and effort in learning and practicing both so it is not more complicated. also hanging and sn create a synergy that increase success
