My SN Protocol - Am I missing anything?

Hi All,

I'm living in Ireland and so trying to make do with my personal SN method, and could really use some feedback from anybody more well-informed on my planned SN protocol.

I weigh 86kg but I have a pretty high metabolism.

My plan is as follows:

1) Fast for 8 hours, with no liquids in the last 2 hours. Will be waiting till just about the last minute to go to the bathroom to try and reduce the mess.
2) 1 hour beforehand, take 1 gram of Paracetamol in pill form (pretty self explanatory)
3) 40 minutes beforehand, take antemetics in pill form: This is where my main concern is. I am split between using Motilium/Domperidone (Can be bought OTC here in Ireland) and Olanzapine (got prescribed with my antidepressants).
4) After 40 minutes, drink 25 grams of 99% purity food-grade SN diluted in water with a straw (for those wondering, I ordered it from the website that you get redirected to when you go to the website mentioned in the PPEH)
5) Straight after, drink 40 grams of Valium/Diazepam diluted in water (I randomly found an old bottle of 5mg pills in my families medicine cabinet from 2016. I tried two and did get pretty sleepy so assume they're still reasonably potent)

I've a couple questions if anybody is willing to give some advice.

Q1) Should I take Motilium/Domperidone or Olanzapine? Or both? And what amount would you guys recommend taking?
Q2) Is it really right to take the Valium/Diazepam after the SN? Would it not be better to take it a bit before so that it has time to kick in and then take the SN last?
Q3) What is the current thinking on stomach acid? I've seen people say that taking an Antacid or even a Proton Pump Inhibitor is a good idea because it makes the SN get absorbed easier, and also reduces the amount of salt that will be created in your stomach which can help with nausea/discomfort. But I've seen comments and posts saying that actually these are no longer recommended.
Q4) Is there any merit to taking a sleeping aid beforehand as well? For example taking a bunch of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride to try and knock me out so that the SN isn't as bad

It would genuinely mean a whole lot to me if anybody would be willing to lend some advice. I'm putting the final pieces in place to CTB but these lingering doubts still remain.

Depends on what do you want to use, both seems pretty good. IF you take olanzapine the dose would be around 5-10 mg, meanwhile domperidone takes 10 mg too.

Good question. Diazepam have onset time around 0-15 minutes. Since diazepam have faster onset than oxazepam in PPEH, taking it after the SN sounds like a good idea.

I'm not really sure about the debate surrounding the stomach acid issue. But in my opinion, one tablet of antacid really didn't hurt to add compared into how much you'll take with benzos, SN, and stuff like that. I need further time to research on this one.

Nah, in my opinion taking anything after benzos and SN is just unnecessary to add, especially with antihistamine such as DPH. You're already going to be sleeping anyway with that benzos so don't bother with sleeping aids like that.

This reply genuinely means a lot to me. I've been trying to do as much of my own research as possible but it really helps even just to have another set of eyes go over my general plan. So really, honestly, thank you.

My only concern with SN is the vomiting and nausea since I've always had a relatively fragile stomach. So want to try avoid vomiting as much as is possible (also I didn't mention in the original post but I'll be preparing two SN solutions for exactly this reason).

So my main debate between Olanzapine and Motilium/Domperidone is which will make it easier to keep the SN down. I'd cautious to just take both in case that actually does the opposite of what I want and only upsets my stomach more.

Do you have any thoughts on this? I've seen both recommended but since I have access to both I'm trying to plan for which is the best to take.

Obviously no worries if you're not sure, figured it couldn't hurt to ask!

AFAIK, there are no adverse effects combining both olanzapine and domperidone together.

2. What is your experience with olanzapine and/or domperidone? Do your stomach hurt when consuming one of those meds?

Firstly, I appreciate the insight you've given so far anyway. But secondly, I'm still waiting for my SN to be delivered so it's not like there's a major time-pressure in my decision making.

So maybe calling my stomach "fragile" was the wrong term to use. I guess I should say that it's more like I'm weak when it comes to my stomach. I'm miserable whenever I'm hungover or have had food poisoning. So just looking to minimize the discomfort in my final moments as much can reasonably be done. So not a deal-breaker in any sense.

But to answer your specific questions:

It's not like I easily get stomach aches or sick, just that the feeling of nausea maybe upsets me more than most people I'm more than willing to put up with nausea and vomiting to CBT, just want to minimize it if possible
2. What is your experience with olanzapine and/or domperidone? Do your stomach hurt when consuming one of those meds?
I have been on Olanzapine for about 1 month with no major gastrointestinal issues (other than an increase in appetite). I've only ever taken Domperidone when I've been hungover and vomiting badly, and it's always helped with that
3. Do you have a history of stomach acid problem (gastritis, GERD)? If so, what medication you take for that conditions?
No, no issues like that. I bought the Domperidone in a pharmacy, and saw that there is some Esomeprazole in my medicine cabinet that I could take if needed. Then my plan was to take Gaviscon liquid oral suspension as an Antacid

You should look into the difference of Olanzapine and Domperidone in ingesting. I believe I read domperidone also helps ingest/ or push the salt past the stomach. (maybe you already know this)

In my opinion, this boils down into how much your stomach can handle that much of medicine. I really suggest you to take both of them, but if I had to choose I'll probably pick olanzapine since it's also an antipsychotics that have drowsy side effects. Not as strong as diazepam, but probably helpful enough to add in your CTB plan.
