My planned SN protocol

SN Protocol:

• STOP all medication 7 days before ctb.
• Day 1, take 10 mg meto at 8 hrs interval at 08:00, 16:00, 24:00
• Midnight Day 2. Fast (clear fluids only) for several hours (8 hrs before ctb) (can I include antacids like at 4.00 hrs or so?)
• Take 30mg (3x10 mg) tablets of metoclopramide at 7:20 (Day 2)
• + 400mg crushed propranolol in water
• + Combiflam (contains Ibuprofen 400mg + paracetamol 325 mg) + 650 mg paracetamol (These all taken together at same time).
• Wait 40 minutes
• During the wait time, dissolve 30 gm of SN in 60ml water (I weigh 99.6 Kgs, is the amount of 30g enough)
• Crush 20 x 30mg tablets (a full card of oxazepam 600mg ) with mortar & pestle.
• Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created.
• 7:45 Drink oxazepam in water
• 7:59 Use Vodka 60ml first, then Mouthwash and then water to neutralize the taste buds. (Do not gulp down, rotate inside and then spit it in a bag)
• 8:00 Immediately after, Drink sodium nitrite in water with 2-3 mouthful gulps.
• 8:00 Use Vodka 60ml first, then Mouthwash to again neutralize the taste buds. (Do not gulp down, rotate inside and then spit it in a bag)
• Lay back (3 min dizzy, 5 mins very drowsy but responsive, 12 mins unconscious, 15 mins deep sleep/ un-rousable, 25 mins increasing cyanosis, 30 mins irregular shallow breathing, 40 mins death).
• No matter what, I will not call emergency services.

In 2025 version of PPeH, the author says amitriptyline can increase or potentiate SN. Should I try this? I live in a country where suicide is even crime and punishable with imprisonment.

I am a chain smoker and occasionally I drink alcohol. Can a small spoon say 1/4 of teaspoon of honey in end be taken? I want to die sweet mouthed otherwise I will start cursing everyone there including HIM, the reason of all our sufferings.

Can you please provide those videos. It will be very helpful. i have only one chance and It is crime here in my shit country where slavery and flattery is appreciated , where eating Egg determines your humanity but throwing milk in a drain while millions of kids sleep empty stomach is righteous act, where eating meat determines your nationality but sucking blood of other who are already punished is deemed humane and justified.

I know Peace is non existent. It is something extremely extremely rare. Not a cup of tea for people like us, mediocre, unlucky, idiot, stupid, coward....yes coward who is thinking of dyying from age immemorial to me....but evry time excuses like mom and bro's feeling after me....their life, suffering me...But it is ok to be selfish in these matter, I have not created them...nor do I owe anything to them....If they suffer post my death,....it is theirs...not mine....I m no God...I am a human...created using mix of both Right and wrong....It is ok to fail...It is ok to exit....It is my right to have peace....something which I should only use as an excuse...cause I am so unlucky that my luck is also against me....cant imagime going back to that life again....everything is ifnsihed ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Yes I will Lay back at 135 degree angle with the help of pillows.

All I want to know whether Clonazepam be used instead of 20 x 30 mg Oxazepam? Clonazepam i believe is more potent and thus less tablet will needed to be consumed.

Yes bro clonazepam is effective if you don't have any resistance. Last month, I ate 20tablets of 1mg clonazepam and it knocked me of for 1 full day, this is when i have resistance for benzo. Benzos usually don't work on me unless I take in good quantity

Yeah bro. When I first started taking Clonazepam for my anxiety disorder, 1mg used to make me sleepy for the whole day. I have misused benzos a lot with the intent to CTB, that my body poorly responds to clonazepam.
Btw, we are having the same method to CTB.
M also considering SN. Though i didn't consider to go so soon. But, SN is going to get delivered tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I live with family that knows what I'm up to. Though they are bit relaxed these days. However, they still keep an eye from time to time.
I'll have very little window of opportunity to use SN. So, for me, it's a now or never situation.
I do not have benzos and my father will not give it to me. So, I'll have to just go with anti emetics. Do u know if we can get meto or an equal alternative OTC?

I was prescribed Clozapine 25 mg initially when it didn't worked. So one day I took it with Whiskey and slept for 16+ hours with waking up for relieving myself in middle. Then there after my mom kept it with her and started giving me just 1 tab per day. That again made me sleep for 16-20 hrs. It was ok then to sleep for 16-20 hrs since it was during covid 19. but after 2-3 instance of 16+ hrs of sleep, I was kind of tired of this lengthy sleep. After that I used to consume 1/4th of the tablet and it make me sleep for say 6-7 hrs. Now when I was taking clozapine, I used get whole lot of cramping even by just turning my self or bending down. 15-20 instance of long painful cramping was usual during the day. So I stopped it & is now dependent on whiskey alone. Though sometime when I didn't get sleep for 3-4 days continuously, My mom forcibly gives me this med.
