• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I agree that disease is one of humanity's biggest problems, and eradicating it should be one of our priorities. But were we to completely eliminate illness, I don't think it would be the end of our troubles. There are still many other injustices that people suffer, like natural disasters, violence, disparities in wealth, looks, and intelligence; betrayal, and so on.

It's all a matter of perspective tbh. Some people will see that as just a small obstacle in the way of an otherwise happy life, others see it as the deciding factor.

Depends on the disease I guess. some of them are pretty horrendous and would cause me to CTB immediately.
