I agree that disease is one of humanity's biggest problems, and eradicating it should be one of our priorities. But were we to completely eliminate illness, I don't think it would be the end of our troubles. There are still many other injustices that people suffer, like natural disasters, violence, disparities in wealth, looks, and intelligence; betrayal, and so on.
It's all a matter of perspective tbh. Some people will see that as just a small obstacle in the way of an otherwise happy life, others see it as the deciding factor.
