Suicide note or video?

I guess there can be two types of video: Documenting death and saying goodbye. There are some compelling reasons for a video. If you work with Exit then video can help them learn about methods. Also would show no one helped you (sometimes that matters). And if you fail maybe you can see what went wrong. And then the other type a video goodbye might be stronger. Thoughts?

I have done notes, one for each person I love. But in reality the Police would probably take them away as 'evidence' so it could be ages before the loved one actually received them

Leaving goodbye videos can be very helpful for loved ones. Suicide videos can be very helpful for ppl like us to research.

But personally I would prefer none. If I could I would erase every memory about me let alone leave something behind.

I believe a handwritten suicide note would be just fine. I would definitely leave a short goodbye video for everyone to alleviate guilt, stress, etc.
