My rope is all curly and not straight, I'm struggling to tie using the noose knot and slipknot method. What type of rope do I need to get? I have autism and severe ADHD and can barely tie my own shoes, so tying a noose is going to be a struggle.

I got a mooring rope for boats. They usually come with a handy loop at the end you can use to help anchor it somewhere.

Mine is 12mm/0.5in and 4.5m/15ft
