Venting Strong si ,anyone?

I really have no hope that i could overcome si !
After my 1st attempt ending icu no one lets me go alone to the city.like they know that i plan to ctb.
So first i need to overcome si and secondly to run away from family ....lol.

I think that timer will do the trick with angle saw or angle grinder.
Just hold it tight to my throat and boom im gone.

Funny is i plan this since january !!! And nothing happens.
Beside practicing my english here...lol.

Maybe someone help me dont know ...

It can be very difficult to overcome the SI as all humans are programmed to survive. I'm sorry that you went through a failed attempt. I am only still alive as it is so difficult to leave this world, there is the fear of failure holding me back. I know that it can be awful when you feel as though you are trapped in this world. It sounds so horrifying the idea of ctb with a saw. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

Don't stress yourself out. Good planning takes time. Deciding the right time to ctb if desired is challenging

I have the same problem. My preferred method is jumping, but the SI is so strong that I'd probably take too long on the ledge and get caught.

In icu there eas a guy that jumped and broke his legs. You need to land on your head thsts hard.
