I plan to do full suspension soon. In my garage, there is a strong rafter with a hole drilled through it. I want that to be my anchor point. So, my question is, if I stick one end of the rope through the whole, what knot do i secure it with to ensure that it will hold my weight (im 250 lb), without breaking or coming undone. No offense, but I don't want guesses, this is important, so I'd prefer someone who has some knowledge of knots. Thank you

Thank you. So, you're pretty sure this would hold (I don't know much about knots)? Obviously I'm going to do more research and I'm not holding you responsible if it fails lol, I just want to know your opinion

Yes do your own research. I believe you can tie an overhand knot after the two half hitches to ensure the end doesn't slip out.
