As shown in the diagram on the left (single bar), you will need a horizontal bar or a clothes hanger. The red line in the diagram represents a rope. You need to securely tie the rope to both sides of the horizontal bar. The advantage of this method is low friction, even pressure on the neck, and the rope-tying technique is very simple. This method is one I developed through repeated experimentation. I have also personally tested it, and this tying method is more suitable for partial suspension because if you are fully suspended, the rope may loosen due to the person rotating.
