SN method

I'm struggling to get meto and I have limited time but I want to CBT as soon as possible. My health is declining. What would it be like to CBT with only SN and fasting?? I'm guessing I would have to throw up and then keep taking more SN. I bought it from the jungle - it's the HM brand so I'm not really sure if it's pure enough either. I'm really desperate for a meto prescription here in the US but my doctor won't give it to me

Most people throw up with SN, whether you take meto or not. It's recommended, but not nessecary. The only things you really need are SN and water.
