SN eat or not

I am confused about this. I get indigestion badly but eating helps. Should you eat before taking SN? Advice seems to be very conflicted here. I have all the drugs recommended but this is just an area I am in doubt about. I am thinking eating something really bland and not acidic would help.

All guides here advise not eating atleast 4 to 8 hours before sn, because empty stomach digests sn much faster meaning less pain. Thats why even water intake is limited, because the more you have in there slower it is. You could try searching around old threads and guides or asking in suicide discussion section. Unless this is different sn,in wich case im sorry

I don't think the advice here is conflicted on this question at all. All sources recommend fasting beforehand, and that includes when taking the SN and the period afterwards.

Have you thoroughly read both the PPH and Stan's Guide? If not, you need to read these.

P.S. @Fish Face, please provide links to any posts here which do recommend eating with SN, so that they can be addressed or corrected.
