I read many things about SN method.

But I'm not sure to understand all things
I understand that we need to stop to eat 8 hours before taking SN, after we take benzodiazepines as cyamemazine and Oxazepam ( I just have them) and also something as anti-vomiting medication. And after SN.

No the product you have linked is 0.6% pure, you ideally want anything over 95%

The protocol sounds about right, but the product you linked is actually a sodium that has 0.6% Sodium Nitrite. Do not attempt with that, because it's not nearly as pure as you need it. You'll need to source 95%< purity SN. You can't find that very easily nowadays.
